A visual exploration of a fear of misapprehension. A response to verbal culture when written communication is not a steadfast ability. Using 16mm film and written text, and exploring the color blue—a universally recognized visual symbol of accessibility.
The frame is filled abstract blue shapes, that appear to smudge across the screen as the film progresses. Some shapes can be made out to resemble letters, but the individual letters fill the screen, and words cannot be formed while watching.
