Continuous Research Project at Figma
A team of research analysts and I were tasked with collecting and synthesizing the results of continuous research efforts to inform business and design decisions for the company’s beta tool FigJam. My role on the team specifically involves collaboratively developing a workflow system and managing an insights repository to improve and streamline the continuous research process.
